NOTE! The package contains two pollen filters. These are the large filters located under the hood. If you are looking for the small ones located under the glove compartment, you can find them HERE.
Every other time you change the pollen filters, we also recommend changing the HEPA filters.

We usually ship all orders on the same day they are received or the day after, provided it is a working day.
This applies to orders where all items are in stock. For orders where not everything is in stock, i.e. where certain products are pre-ordered, the items will only be shipped when everything is in stock and the order can be shipped together. If you want your order to be partially delivered, you can let us know.
Orders containing only items that are in stock are usually delivered within 1-4 working days (Monday-Friday).

Free shipping on all orders over NOK 500.
Exceptions to free shipping: Packages over 9.5 kg and dog crates: NOK 399,-. Roof box: NOK 898,-
If there is no space in the mailbox, the package will be delivered to the nearest pick-up point or to your door.

The order must be placed before you arrive. If all the items you have ordered are in stock, the order can be picked up immediately after the order has been placed.

Orders where all items are in stock can be picked up immediately after the order has been placed. You can also choose to pick up only the items that are in stock first, and the rest when they arrive in stock.
